The Daily Rituals

Yoga

​Start your day with renewing vinyasa yoga with Kelly and wind down with restorative yin yoga in the evening. A perfect blend of energy and tranquility. Our large studio space is located on the main floor of the home.

Meditation

​

Connect your mind, body, and soul with deep guided meditations with Jules in the garden or in our studio space. A moment to ground yourself in the present.

​

Cold Water Therapy

​

Awaken your senses and boost your energy levels with guided wild dips in the lake or river directly located on the property. You will find a quick dip instantly reduces stress and helps regulate your nervous system.

Na​ture Walks

​

Explore the area and the sprawling wilderness right outside our door. With endless trails beyond the hills, the landscapes are our playground to invigorate our body and connect to the nature all around.

Connection

​

Our retreat setting encourages vulnerability and openness, allowing you to share stories and support each other's journeys towards holistic health and empowerment.

Breathwork

​

Reconnect with a deeper part of yourself through breath work exercises. Learn to regulate your nervous system and take home lasting tools to de-stress and connect.

Sound Healing

​

End your day with the calming sounds of crystal bowls singing into the night's sky. A soothing way to relax your body and mind after a nourishing day, ready for a deep sleep.

Somatic Movement

​

Embody mindful, body energising practices that promote physical and emotional well-being during our Evening Moonlit Embodied Dance Ritual.

Free Time

​

While we have many relaxing and rewilding activities planned, we understand the importance of downtime. Enjoy moments to just be, resting in your room, reading in the drawing room, walking the grounds or connecting with others.

Nurturing Meals

​

Our private chef will nourish us throughout the retreat with hearty vegetarian and vegan-friendly meals and snacks, using fresh and local produce.

I really can't express anything by just words as I feel words can't describe this magical feeling I'm still living to this day. My biggest takeaway is taking even more my time when doing anything and feel more within myself. I have a fast life and I pressure myself to do things rapidly, so anytime I feel pressured now I just breath slowly and ground down.
