Each day is a balance of energy and stillness, guiding you toward renewal. Mornings begin with Kelly’s invigorating Vinyasa flow to awaken your body and mind, while evenings offer grounding Yin or Restorative yoga to promote deep relaxation.
Our serene, light-filled yoga studio provides the perfect space for all levels, inviting you to move intuitively and honor your body’s needs. Beyond yoga, Jules’ transformational grounding meditations, journaling prompts, and inner work practices create space for deep self-connection.
Experience our revolutionary 9D Breathwork journey, sound healing, and mindfulness practices—powerful tools to regulate your nervous system, release tension, and restore balance. This is your retreat—participate as much or as little as you need.

Nature is at the heart of our retreats, offering its unparalleled power to heal and restore. Daily walks through the wild beauty of the Trossachs National Park, meditations in the forest, and invigorating cold plunges in the loch just outside our door help you reconnect with the natural world.

Whether dipping into the loch to regulate your nervous system, gliding across the water on an optional canoeing adventure, or simply soaking in the stillness of the surroundings, nature will ground, connect, and inspire you.

Discover the magic of the Southern Scottish Highlands, a land of breathtaking landscapes, rich history, and enchanting culture. From rugged mountains and mystical lochs to ancient castles and picturesque villages, this region offers an inspiring blend of natural beauty and heritage.
Nestled within a wild forest, our lakeside retreat house is a serene haven for relaxation and reconnection.
Just 2 hours from Edinburgh and 1 hour from Glasgow, you have the option to extend your journey and explore more of Scotland’s wonders before or after your retreat. We’re offering a shuttle pick-up from Glasgow to the retreat centre if needed.

Our Retreat House
Nestled on the shores of Loch Lomond, the largest expanse of fresh water in the UK, this stunning retreat house offers an unrivaled sanctuary within the breathtaking Trossachs National Park. Originally built as a Victorian fishing lodge in 1854, it has been thoughtfully restored to blend historic charm with modern comfort, creating a warm and inviting space for deep rest and renewal.
Surrounded by majestic mountains and pristine wilderness, the house sits within its own private grounds, offering direct access to a secluded beach with breathtaking views across the loch. Expansive communal spaces and serene natural surroundings provide the perfect setting to unwind, reconnect, and embrace the wild beauty of Scotland.

A cozy and welcoming room for two guests, featuring two comfortable twin beds. Ideal for friends traveling together, or for women open to making a new connection and sharing with someone new. There are three Shared Twin Rooms with shared bathrooms.

£1399 per person
A tranquil and spacious room for one guest, featuring a luxurious King-sized bed. This room offers privacy and space, making it ideal for those seeking a bit more comfort and solitude. There are four Private King Rooms with shared bathrooms.

£1325 per person
A quaint and cozy room for one guest. This room shares a bathroom and offers an peaceful option for those seeking their own space during the retreat. There are six of these rooms available.
*Prices are per person exclusive of flights and transfers. Bookings are on a first come first served basis and are subject to our Booking Terms & Conditions. A non-refundable deposit of £400 per person is due at the time of booking to confirm your space, and the remaining amount is due 45 days prior to the start of the retreat. If you prefer to split the payments, please let us know.
