Can I come to the retreat by myself?
Yes! Many of our guests join as solo travelers and leave feeling part of a connected community. Our retreats are designed to foster deep connections with other women while giving you space for self-reflection and inner growth. Whether you come alone or with friends, you’ll feel welcomed, supported, and inspired.
What level of fitness do I need to have to attend the retreat?
Our retreats are inclusive and designed to accommodate all levels of physical fitness. Activities like yoga, gentle hikes, and meditation sessions can be tailored to your ability. If you have specific concerns about physical challenges, let us know, and we’ll work to ensure you feel comfortable while participating in the retreat.
Do you cater to dietary requirements and allergies?

What isn’t included in the retreat package?
Flights, travel insurance, and transfers to/from the retreat location are not included. Occasionally, certain optional activities (such as massages or excursions) may be available for an additional fee.
Do I need travel insurance?
We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance that covers unexpected cancellations, travel disruptions, medical emergencies, and participation in retreat activities. This ensures peace of mind should unforeseen circumstances arise.
What is your cancellation policy?

How many people attend each retreat?
Our retreats are intentionally kept small, usually hosting between 8-14 women, to ensure an intimate, personal experience and meaningful connections.
Can I share a room with a friend?
Absolutely! If you’re attending with a friend or family member and would like to share accommodations, let us know during the booking process, and we’ll do our best to arrange it.

Yes! While our schedule includes a variety of activities, there is plenty of free time built in for relaxation, personal reflection, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
How do I book a retreat?
To book a retreat, visit the retreat page on our website, select your preferred dates, and follow the booking instructions. A deposit is required to secure your spot, and full payment is due 45 days before the retreat. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Can I join the waitlist for a sold-out retreat?
Yes! If a retreat is fully booked, you can join our waitlist, and we’ll notify you if a spot becomes available.
What happens if the retreat is canceled?
